A man has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a shooting that occurred in south Laredo, authorities said.Jose Santiago Camarillo-Ruiz, 18, was charged with deadly conduct, unlawful carrying of a weapon and evading arrest. At about 2:06 a.m. Jan. 20, an officer patrolling the 3200 block of South New York Avenue observed a black Buick Verano with a defective headlamp. The officer recalled that during a daily briefing before going on patrol, officers were informed that a black Buick Verano had been identified as the suspect vehicle in several deadly conducts.
